The 4 Junior Suites are beautifully appointed. Their studio style provides a sleeping and living area. Located on the first floor, overlooking Great Bay, their extended terrace offers a fantastic beach view. With all the amenities of the Beach Front Deluxe, the Junior Suite offers superior comfort during your stay at the Hotel. It was wonderful to be served a hot breakfast, instead of the usual buffet. The food was very good, and the servers friendly and helpful.

Superb location right in the heart of Philipsburg, easy for us to get around and catch a bus anywhere on Back Street. I would recommend this hotel and wish we could stay longer. However, our room didnt have self-catering facilities which would have made our stay even more perfect. The shower, size of the bed and balcony over looking the ocean view was divine. A special note about the staff, the Guyanese bell man was so helpful checking in on us, the check-in desk staff were also helpful with arranging food deliveries. We ate at the restaurant and the food was amazing, not too hot even though it says spicy on the menu, if you like your pepper.

We included breakfast and it was well worth the cost. The food was delicious and the view was fantastic! Join us for a beautiful evening, great food, great wines and great service. Breakfast was very good and included in price and consisted of good variety of menu options. Staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect for access to cruise port. Ate dinner three nights in hotel dining room and all three were excellent. Share the Holland House Experience, even if you visit St. Maarten only for a day by cruise ship.
The hotel is located on Front street in Philipsburg, the capital of St. Maarten. Front street is known for its many luxury and duty free shops. The other side of the hotel is facing Great Bay beach.
At the rotunda turn right and follow the main (winding) road towards / along the sea until you reach Philipsburgs main Pondfill artery along the Great Salt Pond.
